We’ve spent a large part of the last four months strengthening our relationship with the team at TAS in Newcastle; we now work a lot closer with them than, perhaps, we ever did. However, our relationship with the team in Ireland has traditionally been weak and strengthening this a key objective of the coming months. Building this relationship benefits both sides – getting to know what each other can do means customers should have more flexibility and less are lost to competitors.
